Dillon moved to Auckland and joined the Rutherford Rede Team as a Paraplanner for Jocelyn Weatherall in the late stages of 2021. Having grown up in Tauranga, Dillon moved to the Waikato to study his degree. Now at Rutherford Rede, he is putting all of the theory he has been made to study into practice.

Outside of work, Dillon likes to keep moving, whether that be rock climbing, mountain biking or surfing. He is also enjoying exploring Auckland and finds that a vast amount of his pay check goes towards trialling as many restaurants as his stomach will allow him to!
